DAVID BROWN, MD

David Brown, MD is a Neurologist and fellowship trained Stroke Specialist who has been voted one of the top Neurologists in Orange County. He is one of only a few Stroke Specialists in the county to see patients in the outpatient setting.

David Brown has been the Medical Director of the Hoag Stroke Program since 2013. The Hoag Stroke Program is rated top in Orange County, top 5% nationally and is one of the highest volume centers in California.

 

David Brown received his undergraduate degree in a double major of Biology and Philosophy from UCLA. He attended New York Medical College, and Neurology Residency and Stroke Fellowship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in NYC. He stayed on as a Stroke Specialist and Assistant Professor at Mount Sinai prior to moving to California to help develop the Hoag Stroke Program.
