Vi work closely with the neurosurgeon to complete histories, neurological physical exams, diagnosis, and establish appropriate evidence-based treatment plan including managing pre and post-operative issues while identifying priorities to maximize health potential and expected goals of patients and families • She also participate in the plan of care for patients with strokes, spinal cord surgeries, fractures, in addition to performing consults, admissions, discharges, and rounding • Vi serves as the first assistant in surgery and round on patients in the ED and inpatient unit.
